"I stayed for 1 night and the hotel was very good. The staff were all friendly and accommodating, the room was nice, clean and comfortable, with some basic amenities. Although, my room had a partial sea view, it was very small and almost non existent, so I shouldn't have been charged extra for this. Also, the corridors to the rooms are quite narrow, but manageable with a little extra time. Overall the hotel is very nice and pleasant with a good seafront location. I will try to stay here again with my family. "

"We knew that we had booked a room without a view. We were delighted with the room, which had been recently re-done. It was spacious and spotlessly clean.The rest of the hotel had undergone a refurb too and looked wonderful. The main thing to commend was the staff, who were delightful, friendly and helpful. This was especially so with the breakfast staff, who were a credit to you."

"My first room was not so nice. Smelt of damp and had a really dreary view. Location perfect, I should’ve been given a nicer room at no extra cost but had to pay £25 to upgrade C’est La Vie. Some staff were lovely and some didn’t seem to quite be as caring. The lift smelt of urine that needs to be addressed. "
