What a brilliant hotel! Clean, spacious bedroom and bathroom with towels, shampoo, conditioner etc. Excellent location, opposite the i360. We walked from the station (through the lanes and along the seafront). Tea/coffee etc.

We had the most incredible experience at this hotel! We picked it to be close to the water within our budget and it did not disappoint. When we arrived, the man at reception upgraded us to a sea view room as a surprise! The room was big and clean and the proximity to the waterfront is unmatched. It’s about a ten minute walk from the Lanes and the Pier but being a waterfront walk we didn’t mind it in the slightest. This is the only place we plan to stay in Brighton moving forward.

We stayed for 2 nights. The check-in process was smooth and the staff member who checked us in was kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable of Brighton. The room is basic but good for the price. The walls were however, dirty with what could have been coffee sprayed on the walls. But the washroom was clean. There was nothing in regards to cleanliness that ruined our stay, just little things we noticed. The second night of our two day stay we returned from dinner to find that something from the bathroom had leaked and flooded the entry way of the room and bathroom. We informed the front desk and our room was changed. I did ask them for a small travel sized toothpaste for the trouble and they still charged me for it which was disappointing. Overall the location and staff are the best aspect of this hotel. This is a good no-frills option if you don’t care for a luxury stay, it gets the job the done.

The room was basic and would benefit from redecorating, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room was warm and the shower room was well appointed. Staff were good ; hotel is quirky but very well placed on the seafront. Great value, especially if you’re using it just for somewhere to stay after a show or event.
