"The whole atmosphere and jungle setting Was incredible. It’s like stepping back in time like Jurassic park. The wild life amazing and incredible views. The only downside about the whole stay was in room 415 and the air-conditioner was not working Properly so I had very little Sleep. They staff looked at the problem but no resolución. This was the only Reason I could not Rate the resort higher."

"The free breakfast was the highest quality breakfast we have ever had.....the dining room staff was very very attentive...the hotel location next to Via Israel is so easy to access for taxis and Ubers.....the mall is 4 minutes walking distance, the pool area was very relaxed and subtley designed ...the front staff helped us 3 or 4 times with helpful assistance.....even though this area of Panama is noisy at the street level, the glass windows in the room shutout any noise ....slept like a baby"

"The staff here is friendly and helpful. We would stay there again. Some small issues with pillows locking doors on porches etc. But overall good area and comfortable bedding."

"Beautiful hotel, the rooms are lovely the beds are so comfortable, in a great location and the staff were so kind and polite and helpful. The speakeasy is fabulous and so fun. The only thing was the food at the pool bar was not very good but the drinks were great, and the food and service at the roof top bar Ammi, not so great. Otherwise highly recommend staying at Sofitel in Casco Viejo! "

"I would not recommend anyone book this hotel. Bathroom has mold on the tiles, door and ceiling, I booked a 2 night stay but only stayed one night due to the late hour we arrived and I was traveling with an elderly. Still attempting to get a refund for the next night. Staff were pleasant but this hotel needs an upgrade. "

"The common spaces were gorgeous and very traveller friendly, with iced water, a kitchen, and a laundry room. The rooms had air conditioning, which was pleasant after the many hot days. There were lots of friendly pets - dogs, cats, and birds (although the birds woke us up most mornings)! And best of all, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating."

"We enjoyed our Stay at the Executive Hotel. Nice atmosphere. Delicious breakfast variety with fresh fruits. We had dinner one night at the hotel restaurant. The food was delicious & the price very reasonable. Thanks to Genesis at the front desk who was very friendly. She checked us in & helped us with any issues we had. She also recommended an excellent local restaurant 'Trupiche' which is approximately a 10 min walk from the hotel. Wonderful atmosphere, delicious food & reasonably priced....
