"The secured parking spot was very helpful in Southbank. It wasn’t a big 1 bedroom self-contained unit, but it was enough space for 2 people."

"This property is really nice and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We would definitely stay there again"

"The studio apartment itself was great - very spacious, very well-equipped and exceptionally clean. The king sized bed was very comfortable. The check in process was easy and straightforward. The location is good, being very close to Woolloongaba restaurants/eateries and an easy 18 minute walk to South Bank. Buses also run continuously to South Bank from the Mater Bus Station. The only negative thing I should mention, is that it is very noisy with constant traffic noise, sirens and helicopters,...

"Clean and friendly"

"The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They say what they mean and they mean what they say. Excellent stay!"

"So handy to everything. Yes property was older style but was clean and comfy and suited us perfectly being in the centre of Brisbane."

"Very convenient location."

"On first night, discovered TV was broken and had to pack up gear and move to another room at 9pm after staff member tried to fix the problem."

"Nice hotel"

"Although the apartment was fine, unfortunately the same building is been used for social housing. It was very noisy at night due to parties and other disruption. We had to evacuate the building at 530AM when somebody under the influence set off fire extinguishers and fire alarms. The fire service and the police were called. Also be aware, the reception is only open between 9AM and 5PM. If arriving after 5PM, you must have been in contact with reception, emailed your identification document and...

"it was a great place to stay"

"The apartment wasn’t properly cleaned, with dirty carpets, stains on the lounge, mould and old soap in the bathroom, and rubbish/stuff under the couch. Both bathroom doors didn’t lock, a window latch was broken, the dryer didn’t work, requested drying rack never got a response. No cups or mugs in the apartment. We requested a partial refund due to the issues, but this was declined. Wouldn’t stay here again."

"Unfortunately the room smelt of cigarettes badly, so much so my clothes smelt afterwards. It was mainly in the bathroom. The property was a good size but needs a refurbishment. Quite old furnishings and carpet etc. Would only stay again if compensated for the cigarette smell."

"lOVED MY STAY"

"Great location, clean room but a bit musty"

"While the hotel was fine overall, it was quite run-down and in need of some maintenance and updating. There was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom drains, and the rooms were very small, with noticeable dust on the furniture and tables. The pool area was particularly disappointing and is definitely in need of a revamp. There was visible mould around the area, and the pool chairs were worn, with rips in the fabric. Overall, the hotel was adequate for a short stay, but the general...

"Room is tired and equipment is old and worn."
