"The lady at front desk was so rude. She also gave me a card key for a room with a man in it! Scary. When I went back down and told she basically told me to be quiet! When I asked for the manager she did not. The managers name was on the wall but she gave another name. Lier. I wrote that manager and now I know why this hotel is a disaster. The manager stated she’d call me but never did. When I wrote again I got no response. This is a hotel with no management and very rude and inappropriate ...

"The property's permanent residents were rude and off putting towards hotel guests. Some stared and gawked, while others moved around with an air of entitlement and superiority in shared spaces. The Expedia listing showed that there was a pool but when we arrived, we were told that it was for residents only. Besides that, the room was clean, the staff was helpful and courteous, especially the wonderful ladies in the cafe, and the breakfast was better than expected. Probably wouldn't book again,...

"We enjoyed our stay for the most part. The only exception was we were told to not stand on the balcony for the parade. There was no signage that stated that we couldn't and the manager who told us to leave during the parade wasn't kind. He took photos of us after we left and began watching the parade from the street.
