"A great hotel to stay at near LAX. The only problem is the shuttle is not reliable going to the airport early morning. If you are flying out on Southwest you can walk to the terminal in about 10 minutes. That is way faster then the shuttle from the hotel."

"Check in staff was very friendly, airport shutter was good, but every 30 minutes, breakfast was OK.
The fire alarm testing was very annoying from 9:30 to noon, they had a speakerphone on the wall in our room, you can hear all the conversation and the alarm, we flew 15 hour from Europe, it’s hard to relax in the room.
They did apologize and give us late checkout."

"I waited awhile to write this review to see if they would ever call me back. We stayed there for a conference. We went to bed late. Midnightish, but had to wake up at 5am. About 2am we were woken up by a very load knocking sound on our wall. We were at the end of the hall, so there were no rooms beyond ours.
