"For some reason, the housekeeping staff can clean a room, including the bathroom and NOT notice that the sink will not drain. Unbelievable. The desk staff wanted to send an "engineer" to fix the problem. An engineer?"

My only issue is that everyone acted like there was no way for me to get change to tip the valet drivers while being forced to valet park. The initial staff I encountered at the valet was a bit dismissive as well when I was trying to understand parking options. "

"I asked for just a half hour checkout extension and they said no to that request and when I asked for just 15 minutes they still would not accommodate me. So I had to rush my last minutes to get ready to check out. 15 to 30 minutes really? No where else I have ever stayed has done that."
