"We had a great one night stay at Berwick Lodge on a a Monday to celebrate a birthday. The sun shone and the Housemartins flew happily around whilst we sat on the terrace having a cocktail.
The à la carte menu was fantastic - well worth the cost and breakfast was very tasty.
Will definitely stay again in one of the other fantastic looking rooms."

"Die Sauberkeit war gut und das Personal im Hotel Aztec wo man sich angemeldet hat, war auch Super. Was diesen Aufenthalt sehr negativ beeinflusst hat war das schlimmste Frühstück was ich je hatte und das unfreundliche Personal vom the black sheep.
Hier ist sehr viel Luft nach oben, die Gäste von Lodge at Bristol sollten lieber gleich das Frühstück bei dem Aztec Hotel mit buchen, was allerdings auch gleich viel teurer ist oder ohne Frühstück buchen.
Dass das Zimmer keine Klimaanlage war sehr...

"The stay was okay, but when checking out we had an incident where when returned a few minutes after checkout our key cards were no longer which was to be expected. So we went to front desk to ask for the keys to be enabled so we could get our luggage and bags. When we were told that they had no record of us being there and the room was showing as empty. "Fire in the hotel kitchen, building full of smoke so had to be evacuated at 0300 until 0730 2 fire engine on scene. Have to question whether fire safety was all it could be and given the layout of the rooms up narrow staircases it’s not a building we’d want to be in again during a fire. Staff were helpful, rooms clean and newly refurbished. No offer of refund or apology from hotel however."
