The room was spotless upon arrival, and we had no issues during our visit. Even though we woke up too late for breakfast, we were still able to get coffee and chocolate milk before checking out, which we appreciated. The checkout process was quick and convenient, and parking was easy as well. Overall, we had a great experience and would gladly stay here again."

"We recently stayed at this hotel and appreciated the convenient location, especially being able to walk to Citizens Bank Park for the game. Unfortunately, our room was not ready until about 30 minutes after the stated check-in time. The hotel provided two complimentary drink vouchers as an apology, which was a nice gesture, although we do not drink and were unable to use them. The room itself was clean overall, but there was noticeable dirt on the carpet in the bedroom area, and the body wash...

"We had a two queen room that was quite large. The room had nice beds and high ceilings, but no fridge or microwave. I know there was one in the lobby, but would have been nice to have one in the room."

"I have stayed here many times it needs to be updated but other than that it’s doable close to transportation bus and plane and the staff is courteous and keep things in order. House keeping staff is nice and polite and efficient. You get what you pay for."

"We had a great stay! The jetted tub in the room was very spacious and clean. The fitness center was great and so was the free breakfast. The staff were kind and it was overall excellent. The only complaint I have was the carpet in our room was somewhat dirty. After walking on it barefoot we could see the black under our feet so we wore flip flops the entire time in the room."

"The room was well designed for basic traveler's needs: plenty of plugs in the right place; lighting that's easy to control; a bed stand that worked perfectly for my C-PAP machine (a real rarity) ; the beds were on a solid base so there would no way to lose something under them; plenty of hangers and hooks; a comfortable writing table; an easy to operate TV system.
