"The staff was very accommodating. We had a small issue with our room. I called and they moved us to a nicer room. The next day, the front desk sent me a fruit and cheese plate. The indoor patio restaurant and the indoor roof top pool were hits with our family. We will definitely use the Omni next time we are in Richmond and will look for this chain in our travels."

"Bathroom door didn’t lock, rather it was large heavy sliding door with no way to keep it closed. Pictures in rooms were not appropriate for families. Bed setup was odd. I think omit was office building gingered to hotel? Nonissues with cleanliness and very convenient if you are attending conference in convention center."

"The hotel is beautiful and has a fun vibe. Unfortunately, the rooftop bar was closed when we arrived at 8pm on Sunday. We were only staying that night, so I was a bit disappointed. The restaurant was delicious, however a bit confusing on where to order. They need to be more organized for valet parking. Overall, I would stay again simply because the staff is so friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. Great location."

"Toilet seat was very loose Sofa was facing the bed and TV was on side wall couldn’t view from bed and had to move sofa to watch. No tv guide for channels. Rebuilding rooms snd blame was on construction crew and Xfinity. Room wasn’t cleaned, trash not picked up no clean towels. We were told the next day you have to request a clean room, and towels a day in advance. We weren’t told till the next day. Not a Hilton standard of hotel."

"Nice hotel in the downtown with spacious rooms and free breakfast. The room and common areas are clean and well maintained. Good value for money if you just need a place to spend a night."

"Parking is a hassle and I had difficulty finding entrance and lobby. I am not used to downtown buildings."

"Jeffrey was the best host. This is a beautiful property which is obviously lovingly maintained. The building is so pretty and has multiple sitting areas outside of your room (which was also great). I have dietary restrictions and Jeffrey and others made sure to have snacks for me to enjoy during the wonderful nightly happy hours and delicious options for breakfast. This area was also fun to explore and Jeffrey gave us very good pointers on where to go."

"Had an excellent experience. Newer hotel. Some covered parking and an interesting developing area. Staff was very helpful and the room was very comfortable with nice clean bedding. Would highly recommend. Had an excellent meal nearby at Pinky’s."
