"Loved the property, we stayed in the chalet. Facilities are excellent & the buffet breakfast provided was more than ample. Located in a quiet area but very convenient for town centre, a nice walk along the canal takes you into town. Had a very friendly welcome from James who explained how everything worked. Definitely stay again if we need accommodation in Romsey."

"Room was tastefully decorated and bathroom was spacious. Evening meal was delicious and staff attentive. Would definitely visit again if in the area."

"Lovely easy stay would recommend breakfast hamper"

"The breakfast ŕoom was high quality with wooden carved dining chairs and chandeliers. Our guest room was well decorated with good paintings and carved woodwork. and The recliner chair with a footstool was both notable and comfortable. The large sofa was also comfortable. Our balcony with a view of fields beyond would have been a place to relax in on a warm day. The full English Breakfast was both good quality and ample food."

"The room was excellent. My only disappointment was the lack of continental breakfast on offer. Luckily, I mentioned that I wanted a continental breakfast on arrival, and two croissants were provided. Hosts very pleasant."

"Quite peaceful stay away from major towns, staff thoughtful and willing, nice room with large bed (some low ceilings). Excellent evening meal."

"Great room, great hosts, no complaints, even got a tour of the farm, so so lovely!"

We were staying for 5 nights wished it was longer as we were made to feel at home immediately on arrival. If only all holiday owners were like them. There was a bus...

"I’ve been staying for one night or more for the last ten years. I mostly stay in the ‘basic’ single rooms. A bed, floor to ceiling cupboard, a sink, desk/chair, tea/coffee stuff, and an easy chair to relax on. The toilet and shower room are both within close proximity. These rooms are set up for people staying for courses so are pretty comfy really. Breakfast is included in the price and is self-serve buffet. Either a cooked meal, pastries, juices, fruit, yoghurt, toast, and sometimes...
