"The hotel overall was not clean. The rooms had areas of dirt. We changed rooms and that one also had some dirt and pubic hair found on bed comforter and bath tub we noticed when we arrived. It was a weekend and extremely busy when we arrived. The trash cans all over the property were overflowing and food was not fully stocked in the breakfast bar. Beds were very comfortable and the staff was friendly overall and tried to help us manage our complaints. I would not come back to this hotel or recommend it. "
"Stayed for a night. The price was cheap so I can’t complain much. I arrived a little upset, however, because the pool and hot tub were advertised as in working condition and was a big reason I chose this location over others and when I arrived the pool was drained completely and the hot tub wasn’t in working condition. I felt a little deceived because of this. Other than that, the place was clearly in poor shape and was quite dirty. My room atleast was fairly clean, except for the bathroom, which wasn’t cleaned very well (floors and bathtub were pretty gross). It served its purpose tho and I felt pretty safe while staying there and the staff were great, so that counts for something I guess. "
"Been to Drury Inns several times and this is one of my favorites. Not alot of restaurant/ bars nearby,so the Happy Hour is great with good food and drinks."
"Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Coffee was poor and very little to choose from. Lobby did not have comfortable furniture which acted as dining room."
"Lovely stop on our trip - the rooms were clean, staff was friendly, and breakfast was wonderful. Parking is expensive here, but you're downtown so expected. All complaints are minor, but be aware:
parking is confusing if you've not been here before, honestly pay for valet if it's your first time, or if you have a tall vehicle (garage is 6'6"); noisier AC than average but just a bit; rooms are dark - very moody lighting which is fine if you like that; we didn't have any washcloths and one side of our night lamp was burned out, both would probably have been easy calls to the front desk if we weren't so tired.
