"They put me in a room right behind or in front of the Costco warehouse truck Depot. The blackout curtains did not close all the way and the noise from the Costco sucked. The room smells very musty. "The parking lot was well lit and accessible. The bed was comfortable. We appreciated the location to Cuyahoga Valley National Park. And the room was cheap. However, the ratings didn’t match up to the actual room. The room needed maintenance, like grouting around bathroom tiles was missing and the carpet was dirty and sticky. The evening staff was slow to come to the counter for check in. I wish we stayed somewhere else for our multi-day stay."
