"Excellent place to stay"

"I don’t even know where to start. My husband and I stayed at this hotel for five days, and it was five days of misery. This hotel is also being used as a residence for homeless individuals and families waiting for housing. We were on the fifth floor, and directly across from our room was a family of six. "I decided book this room to stay since it was close by to my home. I wanted to relax in a hotel for the night with my husband. I seen reviews they’re were good and bad at the hotel. But I have to say the staff customer service lacks a lot. The first attendant that gave me the key only gave me one key. She didn’t even put the Wi-Fi password. "The rooms were so small if I would’ve known, I would’ve never booked at this facility. The front desk manager was rude. The only people that were nice were the housekeepers. There were no drawers there were no closets no microwave two tiny beds, full size not even queen size terrible experience."

"Sauberes Hotel in Brooklyn. Subway ca. 10 Minuten weg, Expressbus nach Manhatten hält direkt vor der Türe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Take Away in nächster Nähe. "This is not a 4 star hotel as rated online. The bed was completely saggy on both sides, the pillows were quite firm and chosen for people with broad shoulders, very puffy. I asked for a different pillow and was told that there is only one type of pillow in the hotel. The push window opened, but there was no way to close it again. The fan in the bathroom sounded like a plane was landing in there... I asked for a quiet room, and they delivered on that. The people at the front desk were courteous...
