"Absolutely terrible. I get there and the person tells me that they don't have a room for me even though I booked 2 months in advance because the room is infested with bed bugs. Not only that, but I had to wait 45 minutes just to have somebody tell me I couldn't stay there and was left wandering around in the rain scrambling for a place to stay. Never even stayed there but they took my money"
