"While the lobby and bars make a stunning first impression, the guest rooms are a massive disappointment. The accommodations feel stuck in 2010, appearing dated and dingy rather than upscale. Housekeeping standards are severely lacking; our shower curtain was covered in mold and mildew, which is unacceptable. Furthermore, the balcony was in terrible condition and lacked quality seating. "The pools were beautiful. Grounds were lovely. Lots of chairs at the pool. Room was very comfortable. Staff was nice. The beach looked amazing but $32 a day for an umbrella plus between $10 and $32 per day for a chair each plus gratuity per day was out of our budget. I was annoyed with it. The bathroom fan was extremely loud. And the eggs they served were not real, they were egg beaters."
