"My almost perfect score comes from the overall combo of offering a minimal breakfast which seemed fresh. It’s cereal, bagels, yogurt, and maybe some fruit. But they also offered hot coffee 24/7 with the stay. Cheap rates, the sheets and towels were totally odor free and I’m picky as anyone about that stuff, and good location. It was quiet. The floors and building could use its own cleaning, but for our needs, it’s a great cheap option if you are not expecting anything beyond a smaller room, clean bed and towels, and access to the city or interstate or drive to casinos. We just needed to sleep safely and not feel like the place would be icky. While the hallways and elevator look a bit rough, the rooms are clean and the AC worked well. Hot water was great. And the person at counter seekers to have it under control as I didn’t encounter any problems or scary issues with guests or things of the sort. There were guests but we never heard people late at night or felt like we couldn’t rest easy for our purposes"
