"The room was different to the one I'd loved last time and reception just changed it absolutely no problem at all. She said she'd put a note on the system too so that they know which room I prefer. "Room was very clean. A big undertaking considering the building works outside. (There was a chute right outside my window. Brick and muck on the window sill outside). A very big well done to the Cleaner!! Your Reception Team were charming, friendly and very helpful. Always smiling. Excellent!! Breakfast, which was included, was very good, except the sausages - very poor quality. I would definitely stay there again. "

"Well, to start with the place was difficult to find; once I had phone the owner and received directions then no problem (very helpful lady who answered) but these should have been communicated before arrival. The apartment was clean but generally quite tatty. The underground carpark it tight if you have a large van."
