"Awesome individuals! Clean and neat with lots of stores around."

"THIS IS NOT THE THUNDERBIRD INN. This is a listing for the Thunderbird MOTEL, a much worse place. We arrived on the day of our reservation and they’d booked our room to someone else. So they sent us across the street to another property they own, the Deluxe Inn. Everyone was rude, the property felt unsafe, people were screaming in the doorway of a room, cars were jacked up in the parking lots. "Many restaurants nearby which is good. The only down side is that there are several other hotels right next to this hotel. Traffic, and outside noise may be an issue some times."

"We were scared arriving after seeing the reviews even bringing our own toilet paper but everything was clean and in working order."

"they take the deposit 60$ for 4 days and that's bad. you have to wait and watch the deposit amount. we often stay in hotels and this option is inconvenient I haven't received 60$ the amount they've withheld from them yet"

"My stay is always 10 stars when I stay at America's Best. Mr Sam Mr Luke And Mr Bill are really amazing. They are very caring and understanding. I recommend them to anyone. Thanks Guys for being great people and thanks for giving me a nice and clean place to stay"
