"No staff on property, but check in and check out was flawless. There are limited parking spots available on site. Cab or ride share is about $30 one way to get to downtown Buffalo (Key Bank Centre). The property is very clean. I would stay here again."

"I liked the hotel and location. Just one thing. I booked the hotel because it has a bath tub due to a health condition eased by a bath at night. The first room had no plug and no way to keep the water in, as checked by the person on front desk. They kindly moved me to another room but the same issue was there. I couldn't be doing with moving a third time so wasn't too well the next day for work."

"We had a great trip and enjoyed our stay. Breakfast and staff were excellent and a fun place to stay. We had an A/C issue and they did offer to move us to another room, but we were tired and it was late when we got back. Things worked out fine though and we'd gladly return again."

"Bathtub was clogged. Only one elevator was working, causing long delays. Front desk staff was not very friendly. Breakfast was lousy and the breakfast area was packed."

"We chose this hotel because it is within walking distance to the Key Bank Arena. We were in Buffalo for the Journey Concert and it was so easy to walk to and from the hotel. The hotel itself was okay - strange entrance into the building which also housed other businesses and we had to lug our suitcases down the stairs to get to the check-in desk (from the parking lot). Very plain hotel, sterile. Check-in staff was great."

"The rooms were clean and neat. The beds were nice. No issues. The bathroom was clean. The staff was very friendly. They said hello each time I entered the hotel. The parking was good. No issues with that. My family and I enjoyed our stay."

"Lived in this hotel for 3 weeks while looking for apartment to lease. Good small quiet hotel with tasty breakfasts and unlimited coffee/water/juices/kitchen with microwave 24/7. Pool and laundry don't work all the time"

"The staff was the best thing about the place. Super friendly and helpful. This is an old hotel and it shows. Our room was clean but the bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were terrible. The light over our bed didn't work so it was pretty dark in the room. The only vending they have is ice and water. No coffee, soda or snacks. The rates were cheap so we didn't expect much. I don't think I would stay there again but if you are looking for nothing fancy with low rates this place will do."
