"We had guaranteed late arrival, but the system still canceled our reservation when we didn't check in at the appointed time, even though we called 3 times to confirm. When we arrived, we found we did not have a room, and the "only room available" was 3 times more in price!! When we got the manager involved, he was able to restore our reservation with the room we selected at the price we booked. The room was nice and clean. However, there was no microwave, no hairdryer, no coffee pot and no lamps! There was also no place to hang your hand towels. The remote for the TV did not work properly and the TV kept losing internet connection - lots of freezing and buffering. The staff were very helpful and tried to get the TV working. The breakfasts were nice, but they did not put out enough for the amount of people staying. If you got down there an hour after it started, there wasn't much left to choose from. All in all, it was a good value for the price we paid."

"Wasn't sure what to expect since the my experiences with Extended Stay have varied greatly, but I was very happy with this location. Only 1 walkable mile from the airport. Room had a comfortable bed, working TV, hot shower, spacious bathroom, and studio kitchen with full size refrigerator. Breakfast was usual Extended Stay version of "continental", with grits (I prefer oatmeal), small muffins, and hot coffee/tea available. Hallways smelled clean. Staff was also very helpful."

"The breakfast was amazing. They not only had a waffle maker, they also had a pancake maker as well. There was as plethora of toppings from maple syrup to lemon crumb to whipped cream. The yogurt dispenser kept germs and mess to a minimum. They served three types of eggs and BACON! The staff at the front desk was super helpful. We were looking for something to do before our flight that wasn't too touristy. They suggested https://kelkenbergfarm.com/. Our students loved it and it was only 15 minutes away from the hotel. The rooms were a little noisy due to road traffic and a lot of kids running up and down the hallway. The room was just the right size and the beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. "
