"I booked and paid for a room for my husband for a 1 night stay on 4/18/26. He had traveled 9 hours to get to that destination. Upon reaching the front desk in late afternoon, he presented his driver's license and a card. He said he had a reservation. The front desk clerk said no reservation - almost gleefully. Really put him through the ringer to just check in. He said his wife made it. She kept pointing out things like there wasnt an address or phone number on file. He really didnt know if she was going to turn him away despite him showing her the email with the reservation number on it. He asked if he had a room and she said yes but she had to enter his address manually. He said he will not stay there again For a front desk clerk to give a return customer, who presents all he needs to, attitude and doubts about availability is just not necessary. Wont be back. Train your staff Super 8!"
"The property was fine. The room rate was criminally insane. I realize surge pricing is a common practice, but $500 for this property was essentially organized crime. My assistant made the reservation, but had I known I would not have booked at that rate. Also, the place was a zoo with multiple youth sports teams and kids running up and down the halls. We actually left the property and drove 2.5 hours home (leaving at 10:30 p.m.). Criminal!!!"

"Rooms are spacious and very clean. Property are so well kept. We didn’t partake in the breakfast (through I fault of the hotel we had to leave), but it’s so nice it’s offered!! Staff was polite and informative! "
"The desk server was on his phone in the parking lot and no where to be found. There was $hit smeared all over the public restroom in the lobby and when we asked if there was another restroom the kids could use and explained the situation the girl at the desk simply said NO thats thebonlynone we have and showed no concern for the cleanliness/ public health hazard of their hotel"
