Hotel staff were great. They help me find a local address. We did not have microwaves in the room, but I used the microwave downstairs in the lobby. The Kate
This is not a Hotel. It is primarily rental apartments. There is no reception desk. You have to call someone to come to the site to assign your room. The rooms are just that - a very small room with a very hard bed. I’d equate it to a motel 6 or a college dorm.
