"The hotel is right on the bay, so it's has a nice ocean-front feel. The staff is very nice and helpful. It is important to know that the shuttle goes to the Oakland Airport. (Not their fault, but I misread that and had to make some adjustments to get to and from SFO.)"

"Great hotel and conveniently located near Fisherman's Wharf.
We liked the included full breakfast.
Staff were very nice and service was great.
The only negative point for me is that the shower and tap water did not have enough pressure and hot water could be burning hot.

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this Hilton hotel. The hotel was extremely dirty, and cleanliness was clearly not a priority. The rooms and common areas did not meet the standards I expect from a Hilton property.
The customer service was also very poor. The front desk staff was unfriendly, and the security guard was especially rude, making us feel unwelcome. The only employees who were kind and provided good service were the dining staff.

"The location is somehow peaceful. I thought it was convenient to walk around nearby restaurants but it actually takes to cross wide busy highway streets. I ended up just door dashing food rather than walk. They accept dogs but the place itself is not so dog friendly due to that fact there is no designated place to make them potty (what I meant is even a patch of lawn). I had to go out in the middle of the night to potty my dog by the side streets and I had a hard time coming back in the hotel...

"Great location. Room was clean, however, the carpets ( very much so), upholstered furniture cushions REALLY need cleaning.
Bathrooms could be cleaned more than only once a day.
Other guests were friendly.
Very funky historical building, so interesting in that regard.
The hallways were crowded with old furniture and very dusty and dirty. For safety and ease of mobility, those hallways should be open and clear.
Windows in our room were difficult to open, and blinds were broken. Other than that,...
