"Rented 2 rooms for a 3 day stay. One room was missing a trash can, the microwave that was stated in the description that came with the room, and a towel bar near the tub. It wasn't a big deal, the other room we rented had all of these, so we shared a microwave and hung the towels on the hook on the bathroom door. "The staff were super sweet and helpful. We had an issue with the card reader running low on battery. When we went back downstairs to let them know, the lady came upstairs with us after reassigning the card to the room and seeing up cards to another room just in case. The card reader was in fact dead and instead of having to go downstairs again, we were able to get in the next room with no hassle. This hotel is in such a great area. "The Hotel is located on a hill overlooking the lake. It is beautiful, rooms are spacious and clean. I can't wait to go back and enjoy the beautiful view"

"Parking was easy and secure, and parked right in front of the door to the room I was in. I only give four stars for cleanliness. I don’t know if there were any ice machines or vending. They never mentioned any of those things and I didn’t even look for them. I don’t think there were any plastic cups in the room, but I’m not 100% sure. I brought my own bottled water. I think there should’ve been more towels, but I made due. Overall I give it a thumbs up, and the price was decent."
