"Very poor in cleaness and amnesties"

"No food/drink offering. Door-locks did not seem robust........warm room, clean bathroom and clean bedding........just very old-fashioned and low quality pillows etc........ the photograph of the deluxe room that I paid for did not match up with the reality. I would not stay here again."

"Staff and locals very friendly to outsiders. We loved being at the house with the locals and there dogs. We were missing ours so much! Food delicious, and the sightseeing around and near village was gorgeous!!"

"The staff was amazing! the room itself was wonderful!! we were upgraded to the Steering Flat and it surpassed our expectations, very nautical. we loved it. the only down side is no TV but it was still a great stay! 10/10 would recommend. "Just a one night stay while working in Kirkcaldy, had the superior single room. Due to the stormy weather I couldn’t keep the window open which made the room rather warm. Bed comfy enough, grout in the shower needs a good scrub (I am a cleaner and know what causes this!) and my carpet hadn’t been vacuumed. Other than that can’t complain for the price. Didn’t use any of the facilities so won’t comment. Would I stay here again, yes, if it was as cheap."

"The only downside to this property really was the lack of air conditioning. It was extremely humid when we were there and no way to remove the humidity from the room. But it wasn't hot or anything, so not a big deal. The staff was super nice, the breakfast was great, everything worked well. I especially loved how declining service came with a perk or a charity donation."

"A acomodação estava limpa, organizada e muito bem decorada, muito agradável o ambiente. Achei que os feedbacks quanto as nossas perguntas eram um pouco demorados e isso gerou um certo desconforto, também levou alguns dias para resolverem a questão do aquecimento e da cortina do apartamento, dormimos 2 noites sem o sistema de aquecimento e também sem a cortina da janela onde fica a cama, mas mesmo assim não tivemos maiores problemas e se não houvesse esses inconvenientes a nossa estadia no...

"The property was under a remodel and we were completely unaware. Some of the lights in the room did not work and the shower head leaked. There were holes in the floorboards and several floorboards felt like they would fall through. We had to walk around spots on the floorboards to avoid the sensation of possibly falling through. We stayed in 3 different premier hotels and this one was stand alone horrible. Thankfully we checked in late and left at dawn. Fan in the bathroom did not work either....
