"Great breakfast"

"Convenient location on the main street in Burntisland. Around 5-6 minute walk from the train station. The train into the Edinburgh Waverly Station, center Edinburgh, departs every 20-25, minutes and takes around 30 minutes into Edinburgh. My room was large, with a large screen TV, Hot water kettle. No mini fridge. No elevator. My room faced the backyard so it was quiet. The window opened a little to let in fresh air."

"I didn't realize when I booked the hotel it was a refurbished boat. It was very cool. The staff was so very helpful in visiting the city and with directions. I enjoyed speaking with Gordon, Brian, Matt and Daniel. Matt advised me to take the tram to the airport and it was a breeze. I highly recommend this hotel as it is unique."

"This a perfect hotel if you want to be in the new town and are a close walk to everything. The hotel does require you to be able to use technology to check in but each room has everything you will need. The lounge was filled with a coffee bar and fresh pastries and place to rest. The room just felt cozy but professional."

"The location is outstanding. Easy walking distance to both the Old and New Town, but on a small side street, so there is no noise at all. The facility is updated, clean, and comfortable. The staff is amazing: all there extremely helpful and friendly. We especially enjoyed our interactions with Julietta, who was not only very helpful, but also always smiling and cheerful. The room is well-stocked with kitchen utensils and coffee, milk (even oat milk), tea, cookies. And you can always request...

"My daughter and I had a great stay. Checking in was seamless and local information was provided. The room was perfect and a fan was provided. The food for breakfast offered choices. The location is perfect for access to the tram and buses. Strongly recommend staying here!"

"Excellent room with large kitchen and room for 4 adults. Location was great, close to restaurants and pubs on Rose street and walking distance to Leith St, Edinburgh castle, and the Royal Mile. The shower in the bathroom didn’t drain very quickly and the bathroom door seemed to have water damage on the bottom as a result. This did not impact our comfort in anyway and I would stay in the same location again."
