The check in process was fine, but not well communicated and we had some worries if we would get in or not up to 1 hour before check in. We did not have the advertised bed arrangements and there was no TP when we arrived, but the host was readily available to stock this for our stay."

"Strutta consigliatissima, fuori dal centro ma noi eravamo comodissimi a muoverci con una bici a noleggio. La zona è molto carina, riqualificata e con tutti i servizi necessari. Tralaltro il ferry che collega al centro è gratuito. Self check-in facile e comodissimo. L'agenzia proprietaria presente, attenta e disponibile, anche se per fortuna non abbiamo mai avuto alcun problema. L'unica nota negativa è un odore sgradevole proveniente da bagno, immagino dalle fogne e la mancanza di una scopa per...

"I'm coming from another country with bags then I discover that there is only stairs to take the bags and I have to take it by myself which is very hard for me. I receive the room without cleaning and ful of insects. When I complain they didn't do anything only the security help me by changing the room"
