"The only reason why I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 stars is mainly because there were audio issues with the TV on all stations. They said it was a system problem and most likely not going to be fixed before I leave. I stayed 3 nights and it was rough trying to watch tv. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was pretty boring. Cereal, juice, milk, toaster waffles, bagels, scrambled eggs, and sausage. Was the same each day except every other day it was turkey sausage or...

"The hotel itself was great— it’s well designed and definitely a unique vibe if you’re looking for something different. That being said, the service was not great. We had two rooms reserved for our 3-day stay. The first night my 7 year old went to turn in a light and was electrocuted, which resulted in all the lights in the room going out. "Overall, a very nice hotel. This Courtyard site was attached to a larger Marriott Bonvoy which was convenient. The Kip's Irish pub restaurant was very good. Overall a good hotel, they offer nice breakfasts on the Courtyard side, but they are not free. Only complaint was during a 4-day stay, we put in for a housecleaning midway through the stay and never received it. Had we stayed longer, we would have reconciled that. Disappointed that something got lost in translation."

"The front desk staff was fantastic as always. Customer service from Latonya and others was consistently exceptional at all hours of the day or night. We loved the assistance from all other staff in housekeeping and the restaurant as well. The air conditioning was spotty at times and could use some upgrading. We look forward to our return here on our next trip to Minnesota!"

"This is a good hotel to stay in. The only problem is parking … if you park yourself and walk about a half mile to park your own car it’s only $27 a day additional. However, the best option is the expensive $40 per day valet parking. There is no other parking at the property. If I had known this upfront, I would’ve probably stayed somewhere else."

"The location was just perfect to where we needed to be. Close to restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. The room was spacious and clean. Couldn't hear lots of noise which made for a restful sleep. The best surprise was the bar! We loved all the drinks there. 100/100 in taste, design, and the bar staff was so fun and friendly. Will definitely go back at this hotel if we are in MN again."
