"This was my first time staying at this hotel, and it was absolutely amazing. I loved it so much! The view was fantastic, and the room was so clean. It was also really quiet, which I really appreciated. I really enjoyed my stay, and I will definitely book here again next time"

"The room was clean and had enough space for the 3 of us. We were only staying two days.The bathroom was very small and when sleeping on the king size bed half of the king size bed you could feel the springs. The staff asked us if we wanted to change rooms, but we had gotten settled in and I didn't want to move anywhere. There was a 2nd single bed in the room so I just used that one. Coffee and tea in the room was greatly appreciated."

"**If you are in room 8 and the AC doesn't work, call them out on it. There are multiple reviews of issues with AC and this unit didn't even have power to the AC panel. ** First night we checked in it was a warm night. We were offered a fan at check in, which was an immediate red flag that the AC wasn't working prior to our arrival. The second night we noticed people checking out, we asked to move rooms. They told us it wasn't the same "tier" (a downgrade) but the AC worked. We accepted that...

"Convenient location, decent sized rooms. Decor is tired. The second night of our stay was spoilt by very noisy people in the room next door in the small hours. Also, disappointing that weekday breakfast ends at 9am, with staff clearing up and hovering straight after. For leisure travellers, 9 am is too early"

"No hot water, so couldn't have a shower. Or a warm water wash. They made me pay £10 extra when i got there "Because my original booked room had been given to someone else, so we had to give you a bigger one". Advertised as Bed and Breakfast, but no breakfast available. There was nothing on the property to indicate that it was a hotel, the front door code didn't work and the address they gave me was wrong, so i called at the wrong building when i arrived"
