"Very nice hotel. It was a bit difficult to get our luggage upstairs, but that’s understandable since Venice can be challenging to navigate with bags. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the hotel was clean and well maintained. They also held our luggage after checkout, which allowed us to enjoy our morning without having to carry it around."

Newly decorated, beds comfortable, nice bars on nearby canals for coffee or drinks. You will need to walk a bit to get to most attractions so bare that in mind, but a lovely stay."

"I booked a two-bedroom apartment through Expedia, but what was not made clear is that these apartments are not actually part of the hotel itself. Ours was located externally, down a narrow alleyway beside the hotel, and did not feel like part of the main property at all.
