The hotel is very nice, clean rooms, excellent full breakfast included and all the staff were very helpful. It is centrally located to walk to many locations easy and not far at all from a water bus stop that can go either direction, it is also close to the railway and bus stations also. Would highly recommend this hotel for sure.

The room was clean. Outstanding room. Close to the Vaperetto. Great cafes and restaurants. The porter from the train station was fantasitic!! Meet us and carried our bags over the bridge. Everyone of the staff was great...the breakfast girls were so attentive and made the best coffee and omelets. Eli at the bar at night gave great recommendations and was so friendly!! Would love to come back and stay again. We ate at Patachic and had the best meal ever!!. Also took a Gondole ride which was great. Thankyou

This hotel was fantastic, the room was super comfortable with great features. To our suprise there was a complimentary boat ride that the hotel arranged for us to murano with a tour of one of the glass factories which was way out of our expectations.

The hotel is absolutely fantastic. Extremely clean. From the moment I made my online booking, I had a question about our transfer to arrive at the hotel. Wrote them an email and I got a quick reply with the exact options along with the directions to the hotel. Upon arriving to our hotel, we were greeted very professionally. We arrived earlier than check in time and our room was ready. The AC worked very well in our room. Confortable bed, large bathroom with nice shower. Breakfast area beautiful. Breakfast staff very efficient and helpful. Beautiful courtyard to sit/eat/play cards. Restaurants nearby also. Hotel located in a quiet neighbourhood. Walking distance with 15 minutes to Rialto bridge and 25 minutes to St. Marks Square. The hotel front desk helped us booking our private water taxi to airport. Mateo walked with us and waited and helped us till we were sitting in the boat. EXCELLENT 2-night stay for us. Thank you to all at Santa Croce Boutique Hotel

This boutique hotel was amazing! After 11 days at sea, this was our one and only night in Venice. The staff was outstanding in every detail. I knew we couldn't conquer Venice in a day. The staff listened to my interests and gave me several suggestions that we managed to enjoy. The room was quiet luxury and perfect for my deserved nap as my body still swayed to the motion of the sea. Their recommendations to our one night for dinner was 5 star. Breakfast fit for royalty. Quiet location easy access to train station.

This is an excellent boutique hotel. The staff provided an amazing service, they went above and beyond to fulfill our needs. The breakfast was delicious and the room was so beautiful that you want to stay in. The location was walkable and a nice quiet area.
