"I was On time for my check in. , But we have to wait till 4 pm ..and the check in they charge $150 pesos. And we ask why if everything veas paid first they said was for cleaning and when we do our check out we ask the administrator person why is being charge and he said that was a tip for all the employees .. I do tip the lady for cleaning room. But for the rest I don’t understand the hotel is not an all inclusive anyway it wasn’t that much just I don’t like when they do thinks like...

It is in almost like a u-shape so fairly close to everything, but there are little twists and turns to find certain things (second pool, restaurants, tennis courts). Staff at desk friendly but seemed guarded with any requests asked (they didn’t seem overly bothered to help out).
