"I really enjoyed my stay here! I dont typically sleep well in hotels but I slept VERY well (almost better than at home). The service was great, everyone was friendly and helpful. The property well maintained, rooms clean. I dont think I would stay anywhere else the next time I visit SD. "

"I waited about 30 minutes to check in with no one ahead of me. When arrived to my room it was dirty and had not been cleaned from previous stay. Shampoo was given at front desk and when I asked for some the girl was lost since she did not understand English well. I would not recommend this place to anyone."

"They didn’t clean my room, didn’t change towels neither made the bed. I left the room at 9 am and came back at 9 pm and the room was open and dirty and when I call guest services they were really rude and very unhelpful. The stay was really unpleasant. The sofa bed is very old. I won’t stay at this property again."

"Overall a great experience. The staff was very friendly, and the overall cleanliness of the resort was great. Check-in was smooth as well as checkout. If I had to pick one negative thing about my experience, it was the fact that there was a cheer event that was hosted by the resort. This allowed the people who were attending this event to have access to the bars, the pool, the restaurants. It was overcrowded. I plan to stay here again in the future, but I will definitely be doing my research to...
