"The staff was great, amazing and effective communication throughout the stay. The room was quaint and cozy and close to everything I needed. Also loved having laundry on site. Remember, it is still a hotel, so the beds aren't the most comfortable and the water temp and pressure took some adjustment, but all in all, was a great space to stay"

"It's a student halls of residence. If that's what you're expecting I would imagine you'd be very happy with the room. If you're expecting a hotel, it's not a hotel. It was exactly as I was expecting. Comfortable, no frills, perfectly fine for a one night stay for me. Wifi was great. A little bit of noise at times, it's student accommodation, but not too noisy by a long way. I recently stayed at the IBIS in Bristol and that was far noisier. Would happily book again for a short stay."

"Was a lovely apartment, comfortable and homely. Free Parking available. There is a bar downstairs, you can hear the music from the house but they close by 10pm so the noise is not disruptive at night. Loved my stay with my family. Would recommend to friends."

"When i visit Cardiff this is the only place i stay...I have never been disappointed with what these apts offer...spotless, well equipped ..its like home from home..quiet area and plenty of lovely restaurants and bars on your door step. Only 5 mins walk to bus stop which takes you into Cardiff city....."
