"Fabulous room nice and clean tidy, beautiful bathroom and the bed was so comfy it felt like sleeping on clouds! Towels provided are nice and large and enough provided. The staff are so friendly and welcoming always had a smile on their face, always said hello. Check-in was so easy and checkout also. The atmosphere in the evening at the hotel bar was fabulous and again staff are so friendly and attentive. Definitely will be staying again Thank you. "

"The staff at this hotel were amazing! It was our son’s birthday and the guest services manager Rachel went above and beyond by filling the room with surprises for him! He was absolutely delighted and so was his sister, as there were plenty of treats to share, plus a bottle of Prosecco for us! The room itself was spacious for the 4 of us, and very clean and well equipped. We had an issue with aircon but this was reported and someone was sent to try and sort it. Unfortunately they couldn’t before...

"Amazing stay at hotel Chelsea was brilliant and helpful. Only thing is I would suggest booking direct with hotel as I discovered that hotels.com add additional charges so the stay cost me over £60.00 more than if I had booked direct. I have tried to query the over charges but hotel.com have not been very helpfu"

"Very close to the train station. Lot of pubs around. The check-in was quick. The palace was spacious and clean. The breakfast was basic. Overall a good option for the price. "
