"Lovely accommodation, with friendly staff who were very polite and helpful. The room was very tidy and clean, the only con would be the mattress was slightly uncomfortable with old springs. We overlooked that as the property was perfect for us. "

"I was visiting a friend in Weston and booked to stay in a single room at the hotel, when I arrived I was greeted by Sam who took me through all the door codes I would need to get in and out and he told me he had upgraded my room to a double, I was only there for two nights so didn’t see Sam again. The room had a very comfy bed, tv, kettle and enough tea, coffee and hot choc to last a week, the toilet and shower were both very clean with 2 sets of bath towels and hand towels. "I was very happy with my en-suite room at the Parasol Weston. It was very clean and comfortable, and fortunately (and skillfully!) I was able to park close by. Although I entered the building using a code as instructed, I did actually meet the owner on arrival who was friendly and welcoming."

"The room was very clean, beds comfy, en suite was nice and clean, huge TV, WIFI was brilliant, fridge was a nice touch as was tea. Coffee and biscuits, there was also nice soft towels and toiletries. On the down side I didn’t see a single member off staff or another guest, didn’t really think much to the key box check in. There was no restaurant or guest TV room. The street is very scruffy and rubbish strew all over the road."
