"We appreciated the last minute booking with assistance from Expedia.. Last room available was ADA and not quite what we usually expect but we were grateful for a clean quiet room and a comfortable bed in large rooms. Breakfast was fantastic and our waitress was wonderful!"

"Booked at short notice, the staff were very accommodating and the hotel easy to be in with a family. The rooms were lovely. The view from the property is stunning, we will definitely return. The only downside was the lack of gluten free options available from the bar menu. That is something that perhaps we could have mitigated had we not booked at short notice. The breakfast had all gluten free options available and was great. Strongly recommend a stay here."

"We hadden zoals gevraagd 2 kamers naast elkaar. Deze waren op gelijkvloers gelegen en hadden alle voorzieningen voor minder mobiele personen. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Minpuntje is het ontbijt, daar heb je keuze tussen 3 types burgerbroodjes met 1 drank naar keuze. Misschien beter dan geen ontbijt voor te stellen."

"The hotel felt a little run down with only one lift in operation. Breakfast was ok, the staff were responsive once I had pointed out that some of the food needed replenishing, eg fried eggs, ham and cheese. The bed was very comfortable but the TV was poor and remote had no battery cover and batteries kept on getting dislodged. Also, the TV and aerial were not plugged in when I arrived. The bath was lukewarm in the evening, although the shower temperature appeared better in the morning. The...

"The food in the restaurant was very good-nicely cooked. The room upgrade was very good too, with views over Bute Park. What was not so good was having to shower in the bath-no walk-in shower..very tricky for an 80 year old like myself..we had tried for a disabled room, but none were available for both the nights we were there. I think one should be warned about this-outdated and unexpected."
