"When I booked the hotel I asked if I could be away to rest and relax but was placed by screaming children banging doors and running up the corridor and they were the same in the room next to us"

"Callum on reception was super welcoming and friendly as was the gentleman who checked us in and showed us to our table for breakfast. Our room was clean, spacious and had all the extra amenities you’d expect from a higher end hotel. The breakfast was cooked well with plenty of options, We liked the added touch of being able to order from the kitchen if you didn’t like the buffet offer. Only minimal downside was the alcohol on taps in the bar upstairs were random brands and didn’t taste great....

"At the arrival and going to our room there was only 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel I asked at the reception to have 1of each brought to our room but it did not happened also the bathtub is either very badly stained or just not cleaned properly so we felt that we could not have a shower in it The hotel bar was very good and staff very friendly the breakfast was very nice plenty of everything Thank you we still enjoyed our stay"

"Room was overpriced for a concert, £400 per night when £220 normally. I’d expect an uplift but not this much. Room was worn, fan and windows dusty and unclean. Other room had no hot water in shower so unable to use. Noisy and limited sleep although bed comfortable No bar as closed. WiFi non existent and no 5G signal so if you want a quiet night and no shower then ideal place. Breakfast mediocre"

"Room was large, comfortable and had everything you need for an extended stay. Contactless checkin instructions were a bit confusing but in the end I got to my room. The room was modern but could have used a deep clean. Hallways were very noisy due to a family in the neighbouring room (otherwise would probably not have been a problem). Onsite laundry room was not as described in the listing - only one washer/drier and no air dryers on loan and the room was not secured (lock broken). The building...
