"My stay here was absolutely amazing. My family enjoyed our stay. The Tides is a small luxury lodging frfr and thats what I truly liked about it. It was so quiet. A while vibe. We stayed in the downstairs unit with the patio that opened to the pool. Now if you decide to stay this year (2026), be mindful that there is a large hotel being built behind them. "Donna the Manager is amazing. She was professional knowledgeable and kind. She shared some delicious fruits with us. The breach front room was amazing. The landscaper guy was so sweet. In the mornings he knocked on our door and shared coconuts with us. We enjoyed the coconut water. The rest of the staff including restaurant was also outstanding!"

"We loved our Jr. Suite; we had a great view of the ocean. The bed was very comfortable. There was a safe for our passports. We enjoyed spending time on the screened patio. The microwave, mini-fridge and bar sink was a great convenience. The dishes, glasses and silverware were an added bonus! My husband was able to make use of the fitness facility. "The stay was nice. The WiFi connection was not great, and I planned to use the internet for some work so that wasn’t helpful. We were not told about the $200 per night hold before arriving, and we did not see the policy on the website. More activities and complimentary entertainment or shows on the shore club properties would be nice."

"Out room was great very clean , good air conditioning. We had complimentary self service breakfast offering each morning which was welcome. Restarants close by for a choice of different cuisines. Only thing we would of liked was a bar around the pool area otherwise a lovely hotel and helpful staff. Would highly recommend."

We had a horrible incident where while I was in the my hotel room with my 1 year old daughter I had my do Not disturb sign on my door (since Sunday it is not Wednesday) I heard someone trying to open my door. I was alarmed and screamed. Mt husband ran to the door and saw an employee running down stairs. We immediately went to speak to the manager Olivia who was VERY dismissive after telling her we do not feel safe and feel like our safety and privacy was violated. She told us...
