"Room had no view, just the parking lot view. Room could have been cleaner, staff offered to upgrade our room for a cost but that room was even worse so we just stayed with the no view room. Didn’t get to try the food."

Although I usually like a kettle and fridge in the room, for 3 nights this was not an issue as the space provided downstairs, with numerous teas, coffees, some fruit and little cakes/croissants, was great. "Habitaciones muy cómodas! La comida muy rica, todo el personal muy amable! La única oportunidad de mejora es el proceso de ingreso en recepción ya que hicimos mas de 1 hora de fila, ojala puedan optimizar estos tiempos. De cualquier forma el personal nos dio una hora mas a la salida por esta situación compensando esa perdida de tiempo así que nosotros felices, muchas gracias!"

"Wir haben ein paar sehr schöne Tage in diesem Hotel verbracht. Wir waren in dem separaten Apartmenthaus untergebracht. Zu viert wunderbar. 2 separate Zimmer mit kleiner Küchenzeile und Ankleide sowie sehr schönem geräumigen Badezimmer. Die Pools waren super auch der Kinderpool sehr schön nur leider nicht beheizt.
