"The rooms were dated. Could use a fresh coat of paint and a deep clean. Location is ideal. It is close to the Alcudia beach and old town. Pool was clean and well kept. Very busy. Receptionists were helpful and quick. Sauna opens at 9 am and need to notify staff to turn on. Was broken when we wanted to use it. "The hotel was amazing. We were lucky enough to have our room upgraded to a suite which was unbelieveable. The bed was really comfortable and everywhere was very clean and smelt lovely.
