"Nice accommodations at a great price. Clean and sanitary. Pleasantly surprised there was a full kitchen in the place (not as listed). Just a few small things make this a 4 rather than a 5 - - broken towel bar; lousy racquetball gear; lack of explaining that it's a condo unit within a hotel (strange); neighbors smoking weed on the balcony. "

"We had a great stay. Unit was on the 22nd floor, with amazing views of the beach & surrounding neighborhood. Unit was well appointed and comfortable. The elevator was so fast, it was surprising how quickly it got us from the ground floor. The only difficulty we had was with parking & check-in. They have a Large Vehicle parking area, but small cars would frequently park there instead of the available parking deck. We had a difficult time finding the rental office. Once we did, we had to...

"Everthing was cexcellant. Even we had problem to room door open but propery maintenance was up there very quickley to helpe. Also lady who enswer the service call, she gave us very nice and kindley help. Thank you for wonderful memory. "

"Great place to stay with kids!! Tons of stuff to keep the kids busy , definitely a place I will go back to as the whole family had a blast here, the only thing I would complain about is we never had a maid come to the room to clean or bring any new towels, I had to call 5 times to get someone to bring more towels and they never showed up except that last and 5th time I called which was a little frustrating but overall a good experience and would recommend to anyone."

"I booked a room with a side view. When we got there and seen the room it was disappointing. The room was off of the pool and the side view of the ocean was blocked by a tree. The telephone didn't work either. So I went down to the front desk and complained. The woman at the desk was very nice and said she could get us into a ocean front room for only 20 dollars more a night. I took the deal and I was happy with the upgrade.
