House keeping knows the code to your room while u stay. "Clean and well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, towels and linen. Outside areas were clean and well cared for. This was our 4th time staying at peppertree and I haven't been disappointed either time. I love the ocean view from the condo and I love the fact that it's right on the beach. It's also very convenient to everything. The patios are a little small and the upstairs air conditioner was dripping down on ours but not a big deal. We just love Pepper Tree by the Sea. Hope to stay there...

"The pool and the view from our room was great. The staff were helpful and friendly. But the chairs on the balcony and the dining area were filthy. Including the curtains. The bed were super uncomfortable water pressure in the shower was low. And some of the bath towels were dingy."

I called the front desk, and I have to say that they were very responsive. They sent a lady to clean the area, and she did a very thorough deep cleaning.
