"We were so happy that we stayed at nine dots. It is a small intimate boutique hotel located in the center of Ponta Delgada. The hotel was lovely as it was only a year old and was totally charming. The staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating. The breakfast was excellent and the restaurant itself was where we had one of the best meals. The staff provided snacks and water and the hotel pool was lovely. Highly recommend this hotel"

"We really enjoyed the Rock Hostel. Our room was big and super clean and had a private bathroom. Internet worked great. The breakfast was amazing. We didn't use the pool but it looked fantastic as well. Definitely more of a hotel feel than a hostel. Highly recommend this place. "

"We had a wonderful stay with our our 2-year old! Communication was great throughout and we were even able to check in a little bit early. The location is perfect and it feels very safe. They provided a travel cot, a high chair as well as a baby bath, which was lovely. The rooms are spacious and the kitchenette has everything you need (though I wish the microwave door opened the other way as it's a bit awkward to get into). "Beautiful historic building, great location where you can walk to everything. Easy to get in the main door and the suite. Nice amenities including the breakfast which was such a spread it was almost too much. Nice pool and outdoor area. Overall really nice!"

"A beautiful hotel with top notch staff that strive to ensure one wants for nothing - or if you do want, just ask. Restaurants were great. The fantastic free breakfasts really adds to the value.
