"Beautiful friendly people. Rooms are clean., although older. the pool/sauna should stay open until 10 or 11 because by the time we would get back to our room after spending the day exploring the beautiful island it was closed. Very disappointed we only used the pool once in 7 days. Need a bit more variety of food at the breakfast buffet. The pillows that they keep using over & over again for different guests should be replaced or laundered for health reasons."

"Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Premium Villa. Die große Sonnenterrasse mit viel Sonnenschein und eigenem Whirlpool haben uns sehr gefallen. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und war sauber. Das Frühstück bietet eine gute Auswahl. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die wirklich schlechte Kaffeemaschine von Nescafé. Diese sollte dringend gegen einen echten Vollautomaten ersetzt werden. Parkmöglichkeiten sind genügend vorhanden. Die Anbindung ist sehr gut, da das Hotel direkt hinter einer Schnellstraße...

"I enjoyed having a morning breakfast, it was simple but delicious and allowed me to start my day easily. I requested an early check in which they accommodated and though they could not accommodate a late check out i was allowed to leave my bag so i could explore the city gardens a bit before I headed to the airport. Great place to stay in a quiet neighbourhood close to the old city centre."

"Appartement 1 chambre propre, confortable et spacieux. Le service quotidien des chambres est excellent avec le lavage de la vaisselle, l'eau, le café Nespresso. La réception est toujours prête à aider. Le déjeuner buffet ou à la carte est très bon. Excellente localisation au centre-ville avec vue sur la marina du balcon. Même si c'est sur la rue principale, ce n'est pas vraiment bruyant et l'appartement est bien insonorisé par rapport à l'extérieur. Points faibles : mauvaise insonorisation avec...

"The staff were excellent from the start. The hotel stay included a very good full breakfast, with a great view. The restaurant was excellent as well and although there are many very good restaurants on Sao Miguel, the hotel restaurant was ranked as the first or second choice among our group of four. The bartender, Bernardo, was an artist with his cocktails. Although the spa was under construction, overall I would highly recommend this hotel."

"The hotel is a lovely, well kept property. There is parking and it’s 1.5km to the city Centre. The staff are willing to assist at anytime, and are always pleasant. Our room was very comfortable and was spacious. Roberto was a great host."

"Loved the pool. The artwork throughout the building was beautiful. The staff could not have been more helpful. The location was fantastic. Can't imagine a better place to stay."

"Very charming but a few things to mention. We did have ants so we needed to make sure all snacks were put away. Coffee was not good, breakfast was good but not great. Lots of stairs and no elevator. Right in town so very nice and close to everything."

"Great location huge rooms interesting hot tub. Wonderful staff. Street parking was easy just a big loop on small streets to come back if no parking on first try. Definitely recommend "
