Issues were only 1 towell in the bathroom in a room for 2 people so had to search around and a spare was in the wardrobe, no shower gel in the shower. "Overall room looks nice and tidy ,but for the last three weeks there was black hairs in the bathroom so not cleaned very well after reporting it twice before. "This was the very best hotel and staff. The room was lovely. Staff were friendly, and they couldn't do enough for you. They would do anything in their power to make your stay a pleasurable experience. I would strongly recommend the stay, with the Marina literally two minutes away, and the town center a 10 minute walk away. My only problem was the food. It's not the best, and don't have the breakfast you'll be wasting your money, it has very poor quality ingredients. You'd be better off eating...

"The hotel is just minutes off the M5 but an easy bus journey into the centre of Bristol. We had a lovely evening in Bristol and easily got back to the hotel. It is spotlessly clean and the staff are very helpful. The room had everything we needed and we had a choice of double or twin. Lovely breakfast. Great value for money. Lots of parking. We arrived a little early and it was no problem for us to check in."

"The room was beautiful and spotless however some of the furniture was a little worn but it added character. They had the tea and coffee box well stocked and not with just the standard tea and coffee but with the flavoured tea and decaf coffee plus they had shower gel, shampoo and conditioner as well as if you had forgotten anything you could ask for a guest pack (toothpaste, toothbrush, razors etc).
