Very low water pressure in the showers, no vents in the bathroom, shower lever felt like it was going to fall off. Asked front desk...

"From check in to check out, The Sonesta is top tier! Their rooms are beautiful and clean. The bar is gorgeous and perfect for a drink. I especially loved the $15/day credit to use either at the bar, restaurant or cafe. The staff responds to any request quickly and efficiently.
