"Great place, good atmosphere, very close to Greenwich Ave. Very Clean room and a comfortable king bed. We were looking over I-95, which would mean constant noise from outside. But not a single sound here! Quiet and tranquil, great sound proofing! The room is “ high tech”, which means it takes effort to find a lights switch or to figure out how the faucet works. Very good and busy restaurant (on the expensive side) with Tony, the owner, greeting you personally."

"Room and hotel was clean, bed comfortable. It was nice to have a makeup mirror. On the first morning the breakfast was terrible, hardly any food and only instant coffee, however on 2nd day everything was good, so I don't know what happened the first day. When I checked in there were no washclothes in the room. I asked the front desk if house keeping could deliver some however I never got any until the 2nd day when housekeeping did the morning clean."

"We requested a handicap accessible room as I am an amputee and received a room on the 5th floor that had just a rickety metal shower chair as the "accessible" accommodation. I understand that the hotel is being renovated but the room was NOTHING like the pictures online so BEWARE. "

"Great hotel. I did not have a chance to visit the gym or the pool/hot tub but overall experience was very nice. I did notice a large wet spot in my room near the bathroom and the shower was a walk in with only a half fixed glass and the other half open. The open half did not keep the water from splattering over the floor. Poos design for a shower. Also, when I picked up my car from the valet the driver's side window was wide open and it felt like they left the window open all night. Very glad...

"Sheets had blood on them from the previous guest… therefore, never changed. Room smells old. Nice and spacious though."

"This is an old property but the room was clean, spacious, had a fridge and microwave. The beds were comfortable and we had what we needed. The woman who runs the place was helpful and pleasant. "

"No kitchen, very small room, very tiny bathroom, no light in the shower so it was very dark, used soap, hairs from someone else on the sheets, smells like stale cigarette smoke, dirty furniture. Sheets did not fit correctly on the bed."

"Clean room. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Food was not as good as I hoped it would be but it was still good. We both had the turkey club. Would definitely plan to stay there again and I really enjoyed Norwalk itself. It’s a very walkable pristine town. "
