"We picked this place because it was half-way to our destination, had a pool for the kids, and was pet friendly. The hotel looked like it has seen better days. We arrived in the middle of a heat wave, and their A/C was broken in the lobby, making impossible to hang out at the bar. The staff looked miserable (housekeeping staff was much nicer than front of the house); one of the 2 elevators was broken, and the ice machine had issues. "I stayed at the Circle Fairfield for one night. I appreciated that it was pet-friendly, and the location was excellent—close to the highway, downtown, and the beaches. The pool was also a nice bonus. That said, the room itself felt pretty plain, and it seemed noticeably muggy, which made me wonder if there might be a moisture or mold issue. I also had trouble figuring out how to turn on the shower. One thing that caught me off guard was an additional facility fee on top of the nightly rate and...

"This hotel is a disaster ! It was a false advertisement on how the hotel really looks . The room was very very outdated and the air conditioner did not work in the bedroom . The smell was overbearing with roach spray ….. We went up to the room and attempted to stay but we were unable to make it work . The front desk said they had another room but my wife said absolutely not ! The receptionist said he was going to cancel the reservation and not to worry that the charges were going to be removed...

"I hated our time at the Armon. They had a large Jewish wedding get together and limited access really to only our rooms and said the Jewish congregation reserved basically the entire hotel. If this was going to be the case they should have warned us and told us to book at a different hotel."
