"Hotel is not like the photos. It’s right off a noisy highway with an active parking lot. Kind of feels like a polished motel 6. The staff was so nice thought and the continental breakfast was also good."

"Check in was ok even after attendant had me sit and wait for no reason I had reservations then gives me room 140 all the way in the back I’m disabled at the moment did not read the notes left plus when walking in to this room noticed dirty doors stained shower with dirt ring around it said ok not using that try to use tv don’t work so I call front desk for new room got another room 120 tv worked but even worse dirty room I so wanted to leave but I already had paid and I’m sure they don’t refund...

"Kitchenette included microwave and refrigerator. We had a king suite which had a spacious bedroom with door. Livingroom included a sleeper sofa. 24 hr gym was very convenient. There is also a central pool but we didn't get a chance to use it. Staff was very nice. There is also a cafe in the main lobby. Would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Like: the location it was really accessible to the fwy and closed to the business that I was conducting, places to eat and gas stations are near by, indoor pool and jacuzzi are a plus. Did not like: housekeeping only exchange the towels and empty the trash cans, did not sweep the floor (it was needed since the door did not have a threshold or a sweeper on the door so dust and small debris zip under the door into the room) or made up the bed, neither refill the shampoo and body wash at the...

"Upon arriving my key did not work unless I stuck both keys inside the slot at the same time which made it a big inconvenience. We booked a room with kitchenette and the didnt have any pots, pans or anything we can cook with. We did spend money on groceries to cook and and all of it went to waste while we traveled."

"The hot tub was not operational, and lounge chairs were unavailable at the pool area. While the room's furniture exhibited some instability, the space was ample and well-maintained, with a convenient and accessible coffee station provided throughout the day."
